Susie Kirkland, Realtor – Team Leader
Susie Kirkland has been selling real estate for 39 years. She is originally from Louisville, KY, and she attended college at the University of Miami in Coral gables, Florida. Susie is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and has received the designation of Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Susie has consistently been rated as the #1 agent with RE/MAX Southern Realty since 1996 in the Destin office. She was #9 in the State of Florida with RE/MAX in 2003 and #10 in the state in 2004. She also rates in the Top 1% of all Realtors in the local Association of Realtors.
Destin Lowery, Realtor – Buyer’s Agent
Destin is from Albertville, Alabama. She graduated from Florida State University and has been a multi-million dollar producer since she began in real estate sales in 1999. She achieved the RE/MAX Chairman’s Club Award for 2004 and received the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award in just 5 years. She is very team oriented and loves working with people.
Joyce Owczarski, Realtor – Licensed Assistant
Joyce is from Saco, Maine. She is a graduate of Thomas College, Waterville, ME, and is the wife of a retired Air Force officer. Joyce has been with RE/MAX Southern Realty since 1993 where she was the Office Manager for 4 years and has been in Real Estate Sales since 1997. Joyce is a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club, awarded in 2003.
Jon Russell
Jon is from Niceville, FL and joined Susie’s team in 2004. As Assistant to Susie, Destin and Joyce, he is always available. Jon keeps the girls in good working order. He is a computer wiz and ensures that the newest technologies and equipment are used by the team. He handles advertising and ensures maximum exposure through internet presence, print advertising, and designs flyers for listed properties.
